- Conduct Bio/Psych/Social assessments, diagnose and formulate treatment plans
- Ability to manage caseload of clients, based upon experience
- Complete and assist clients in aftercare and discharge planning
- Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, family and/or couples therapy to clients and their families
- Ensures cohesion of all services documented within the clinical chart (including but not limited to services provided by medical providers), and assists with compliance of various standards.
- Maintain accurate, thoroughly documented client records with a quality of documentation that meets all applicable standards in KIPU
- Communicate with Medical Director and APRN/CNP to ensure quality clinical services are provided to the client on a timely and as needed basis
- Participate in and attend supervision/consultation with clinical management team
- Collaborates with members of the multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure effective delivery of a full spectrum of clinical services
- Comply with local, state and federal confidentiality laws and regulations
- Abide by Seacrest Recovery Center’s code of ethics and model values
Qualifications
- Must be able to communicate with clients and staff members through various forms of communication, including email, phone
- Computer literacy is required. Must be able to use Word, Excel, etc. Experience in KIPU is a plus
- Current license (OH) to practice as LSW, MFT, LPC working toward independent licenses
- Masters in Social Work, Psychology or related field (preferred)
