This is more than a job. It is an opportunity to join a mission.

Every day, individuals and families impacted by eating disorders turn to The Healing Connection for hope, healing, and recovery. As part of our team, you will play a direct role in helping people reclaim their lives while contributing to an organization dedicated to expanding access to specialized eating disorder treatment throughout Western New York.

As Western New York's premier nonprofit provider of specialized eating disorder treatment services, we are expanding our programs and increasing access to care for individuals and families across the region. This growth creates exciting opportunities for talented clinicians who want to do meaningful work while contributing to a mission-driven organization. We are a NYS Office of Mental Health licensed clinic.

As a nonprofit organization, The Healing Connection reinvests resources directly into patient care, program expansion, advocacy initiatives, prevention efforts, and support services for individuals and families affected by eating disorders.

Our team members are part of a larger movement to increase awareness, reduce barriers to treatment, and improve outcomes throughout our community.

At The Healing Connection, we believe healing happens through connection. Every day, our therapists help individuals and families navigate recovery, build resilience, and create healthier relationships with themselves and others. We foster a workplace culture where collaboration, learning, innovation, and compassion are valued just as highly as clinical excellence.

This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care while also becoming involved in community outreach, school partnerships, prevention education, advocacy initiatives, awareness campaigns, and organizational growth efforts throughout the region. For clinicians seeking opportunities beyond traditional therapy, this role provides meaningful avenues for professional growth and leadership.

Most importantly, we recognize that exceptional care starts with supporting our staff. We maintain reasonable and sustainable caseload expectations, provide clinical consultation and supervision, and prioritize work-life balance so clinicians can do their best work without burnout.
