CATCH Inc. is hiring a Primary Therapist for Lehigh House in Philadelphia to lead care for a caseload of eight residents in a 16-bed program.
You’ll provide individual therapy, run therapy groups, and develop treatment plans while coordinating with the treatment team. Requirements include a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or another social science, plus at least two years of psychiatric experience with adults living with serious mental illness and group therapy.
We run a 16-bed Long-Term Structured Residence and Partial Hospitalization Program for adults living with serious mental illness: people who need real, sustained support in a community setting instead of a hospital bed. As Primary Therapist, you’ll lead care for a caseload of eight residents, your clinical judgment will carry weight, and your relationships with residents will build over time.

You’ll work every weekend, with Tuesdays and Thursdays off. Some residents are in acute psychiatric distress, and some days the job is helping someone through a crisis. CATCH trains you in non-invasive de-escalation, and your team has your back.
