Job summary

Agape Treatment Center in Wilton Manors, FL, seeks a Primary Therapist to join our clinical team. You will provide group, individual, and family therapy, conduct psychosocial assessments, and collaborate on Master Treatment Plans with the Clinical Director.

You will coordinate discharge planning and maintain communication with families and referral sources throughout treatment. The role requires a Masters degree with preference for candidates pursuing LCSW/LMFT/LMHC and at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Experience in substance abuse preferred.
• Pursuit of LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review assessments from referring facilities and identify issues needing attention.
• Coordinate with referral sources and maintain contact throughout treatment.
• Gather diagnostic information via psychosocial interviews and develop Integrated Summary.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Lead group therapy and co-facilitate sessions with the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records compliant with policies and licensing.
