Job summary

Agape Treatment Center in Wilton Manors, FL seeks a Primary Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy and conduct psychosocial assessments. You will collaborate on Master Treatment Plans, coordinate discharge planning, and maintain clear communication with families, referral sources, and other providers.

Responsibilities include reviewing assessments, developing integrated summaries, and leading multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Experience in substance abuse preferred.
• Working toward LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy as directed by Clinical Director.
• Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Collaborate with Treatment Team to formulate Master Treatment Plan and assist in discharge planning.
• Maintain communication with family, referral sources and other service providers.
• Lead and co-facilitate group therapy sessions and document progress.
• Maintain clinical records per program policies and licensing/accrediting agencies.
• Open new problems and revise treatment plans as needed.
