Job summary

Agape-Network is seeking a licensed clinical professional to provide individual and family therapy within a residential treatment setting in Florida. The role requires a Master's degree in a related field and at least one year of relevant experience with emotionally disturbed or co-occurring populations.

You will ensure timely assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing documentation while coordinating with supervisors to manage emergencies and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field required.
• One-year experience with severely emotionally disturbed individuals or co‑occurring disorders.
• Must obtain Registered intern status in Florida within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to assigned caseload weekly.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions at residential level of care.
• Complete Biopsychosocial, Master Treatment Plans, Treatment Plan Reviews, and ancillary documentation within 24 hours.
• Submit state reporting documents (FASAMS) as required.
• Submit progress notes every 24 hours from service date.
• Attend trainings to enhance clinical knowledge and practices.
• Participate in daily meetings to provide progress updates and authorization information.
• Collaborate with Residential Clinical & Intake Supervisor to mitigate emergencies (e.g., Baker Acts, police calls, DCF reports).
• Renew state license and registered intern status when appropriate.
• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation groups weekly.
• Attend clinical supervision regularly as advised.
