Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field is required.
• Board registration (APCC, LAPC, ASW, AMFT, MHCA) or Psychologist Associate in the state is required.
• Experience facilitating therapy with young adults and/or adolescents.
• Patient-first mindset and cultural sensitivity are essential.
• A proactive problem-solver who digs deep to craft solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with clients’ treatment teams and families.
• Lead family orientations, welcome presentations, and family support groups.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment and safety plans.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and clinical supervision.
