Job summary

WE LEVEL UP is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver high-quality mental health and substance abuse treatment. The role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy within a multidisciplinary team.

The therapist will monitor progress, adjust plans, and document care while maintaining ethical standards and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• CPR Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based modalities and interventions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance use disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.

Position Summary:The Primary Therapist at WE LEVEL UP is responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services to clients, focusing on mental health and substance abuse treatment. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapy to support clients in their recovery journey.
