Job summary

Level Up Treatment Texas LLC in Texas is seeking a Primary Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy for clients facing mental health and substance use disorders. You will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will monitor progress, adjust plans, document care, and offer crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• CPR Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably in a mental health or substance abuse treatment environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions.
