Job summary

Beacon Point Recovery Center in Philadelphia is seeking a Primary Therapist to join our rapidly expanding, national substance abuse and mental health organization. The role includes new patient intake, initial assessments, individual sessions, and group facilitation to support treatment plans.

The position is full-time, 8:00am–5:30pm, with one weekend shift per week. Benefits include comprehensive medical options, 401k with match, PTO, education reimbursement, and career advancement

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, preferably in detox/residential settings.
• Experience conducting group sessions.
• Flexibility and willingness are great attributes.

Primary Therapist Duties/Responsibilities:
