Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling or related discipline required.
• Licensed or license-eligible in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW).
• Prior eating disorder treatment experience in a residential or inpatient setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescent clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate patient care.
• Support families through education, counseling, and recovery-focused interventions.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Setting: Residential Treatment – Adolescents

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 1 Late Night/Week (12:00 PM–8:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate Primary Therapist/Counselor to join a residential treatment program serving adolescents experiencing eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

The program supports up to 12 adolescent clients and takes a family-centered approach focused on recovery, healthy coping skills, education, and long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to adolescent clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to coordinate patient care.
• Support families through education, counseling, and recovery-focused interventions.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
