Your Role:
Design personalized treatment strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and aspirations.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven, evidence-based methods.
Continuously evaluate and refine treatment plans with clients to address their changing circumstances.
Partner with healthcare professionals—like psychiatrists, social workers, and physicians—to deliver well-rounded care.
Prepare detailed discharge plans to support clients’ smooth transition back into their communities.
Keep accurate, confidential records to monitor client progress toward their goals.
Champion clients’ needs and rights, linking them to vital resources and support networks.
Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge practices and advancements in mental health counseling.
Uphold all ethical standards, professional codes, and relevant state and federal regulations.

What You Bring:
A master’s degree in a mental health discipline, such as counseling, psychology, or social work.
A valid state counseling license (or eligibility to obtain one).
Expertise in evidence-based approaches like cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-informed care.
Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening abilities.
A professional mindset with a strong commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
Experience supporting diverse clients in both one-on-one and group therapy settings.
What We Offer:
Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience.
