Monte Nido & Affiliates has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades.Our programs offer a model of treatment that blends medically sophisticated care with a personalized treatment approach. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.
We are seeking a Primary Therapist to work with our Virtual team. This is a fully remote Per Diem position, working with the adolescent and adult population.
Schedule: PRN - needs are Monday-Thursday for program support, occasionally running groups, from 3:30 pm PST to 9:00 pm PST.
Potentially hold a small case load but with mainly evening hours.

Providing individual, group, and family therapy
Serving as liaison with families and outpatient providers
Interact with insurance companies for pre-certification and utilization management
Participating in discharge and aftercare planning
Therapeutic meal support, while modeling a healthy relationship with food
Provides safe, empathetic, and affirming care for each client and their unique circumstance based on the clients' intersecting identities
Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline, at minimum
License in OR, CA or AZin a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Prior experience with eating disorders and higher levels of care is helpful
Knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion practices
