Amcor is hiring a Primary Technician at our Asheville, NC plant to support the Primary Department's operations. You'll read specifications, operate lifting equipment, document traceability, and help keep the line stocked while upholding safety and environmental policies.
This role requires a high school diploma, forklift experience, and 1+ year warehouse work; nights shift 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.; competitive hourly pay with night premium and comprehensive benefits.
The Primary Tech supports and assists in the operations of the Primary Dept. The position includes advance preparation adhesives, tooling, and other needs to keep the machines stocked. This position also has Hazardous Waste duties as noted below.
The Primary Technician supports and assists the operations of the Primary Department. Primary Technician appropriately understands and follows the plant's EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and Quality systems to maintain a safe workplace and ensure quality product.
Shift: NIGHTS Monday - Thursday, 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
