Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Newark
Salary: £130-£180 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a vibrant school in Newark. We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with children aged 4 to 11 and can inspire them to achieve their best.

In this role of a Primary Teacher, you will plan lessons that meet the needs of different learners and help each student reach their full potential. You will create a safe and positive classroom environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn.

Key Duties:

• Design and deliver learning activities for all core and foundation subjects.
• Meet the individual needs of students by using different teaching methods.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Support students’ social and emotional development alongside academic growth.
• Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed to keep children safe.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
• Previous teaching experience in primary schools is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the curriculum and assessment procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
