The Renfrew Center of Philadelphia (Roxborough) seeks a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team and help change lives. The role focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals and families within a comprehensive treatment framework.

We offer a collaborative, feminist-relational approach and opportunities for professional development in a warm, supportive environment in Philadelphia. Hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, with some evenings.

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health is required.
• Licensed credentials (LAPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW or PsyD/PhD) preferred.
• Eating disorders experience strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults and adolescents; include case management.
• Collaborate with referral sources and outpatient providers (therapists, dieticians, PCPs, psychiatrists).
• Communicate with insurance companies to ensure continued authorization of caseload.
• Participate as an active member of the treatment team.
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for both adults and adolescents, case management services
• Collaborate with referral sources and outpatient providers (therapists, dieticians, primary care physicians, psychiatrists)
• Communicate with insurance companies to ensure continued authorization of case load
• Participate as an active member of the treatment team.
• Maintain clinical documentation in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education, Competencies and Credentials:

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Behavioral Health Required
• LAPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) with preferred.
• Experience working with patients who have eating disorders is strongly preferred.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some evenings required.
