The role supports the International Cambridge stream, delivers age-appropriate lessons, and helps students develop curiosity and respect for their community.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor in pedagogy, 1–3 years of classroom experience, strong management and communication skills, and fluency in Azerbaijani with English at C1 level, with experience

• Prepares lesson plans and ensures the curriculum is fully covered.
• Supervises and supports the work of other teachers in the team.
• Develops annual and daily plans, and monitors and evaluates progress.
• Participates in professional meetings and suggests improvements to teaching practices.
• Continuously works on professional development.
• Maintains discipline during lessons.
