Job summary

Indiana State University in Terre Haute, IN seeks a Part-time Primary Flight Instructor to teach ISU aviation students how to fly aircraft.

Candidates must hold a current CFI certificate and be actively flying. Teaching and flight instruction experience are preferred; AGI/IGI, DA20/DA40 experience, and Part 141 familiarity are highly valued.

Schedule is Flight Academy Hours as available; this is a staff part-time position (No Benefits) with Pay Grade 999.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate and be actively flying.
• Flight and ground instruction/ teaching experience preferred
• AGI and IGI certifications preferred
• Diamond DA20 and/or DA40 experience highlypreferred
• Part 141 experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree with Aviation focus preferred
