Thrive Behavioral Network in Bemidji, MN is looking for a Primary Direct Support Professional to join Sprucewoods West. You will help residents build self-confidence, implement individual care plans, and complete daily and periodic documentation to track progress.
Responsibilities include engaging residents in positive activities, assisting with personal funds, coordinating with the Program Director and staff, and promoting a safe, supportive living environment.

Today we operate 26 programs across the state and provide services for disabled individuals. We provide person-centered in-patient and out-patient care, as well as mobile crisis services.
