Since then Rule 36 Limited Partnerships of Duluth has been renamed and rebranded to Thrive Behavioral Network, LLC and our company has grown, both in size and services. Today we operate 26 programs across the state and provide services for disabled individuals. We provide person-centered in-patient and out-patient care, as well as mobile crisis services.
