Job summary

Salem Clinic is seeking a Primary Certified Medical Assistant or LPN in Salem, OR. The role supports providers in delivering care, taking vital signs, and coordinating patient flow within a busy OB/GYN setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or Medical Assistant program with national certification.
• Current CPR certification and an active license or eligible to obtain one in Oregon.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in patient care or similar role.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to document accurately and maintain patient records.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in delivering patient care and health maintenance.
• Take vital signs, prepare exam rooms, and assist with procedures.
• Manage patient flow and communicate needs to the care team.
• Document care actions and coordinate with Epic workflows.
