Job summary

You will record vital signs, assist in procedures, and perform outreach for health maintenance needs in a professional, supportive team environment.

Requirements include an Oregon LPN license or medical assistant certification, CPR, and about one year of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• 1 year clinical experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Attend morning huddle and set daily plan with provider.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures as directed.
• Document test results and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure timely response to in-basket messages and coordinate referrals.
