Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing or MA program with national certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Oregon LPN license or MA certification required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend practice huddles and support care team.
• Room patients and document vitals accurately.
• Assist in examinations and procedures as directed by providers.
• Manage patient forms and follow-up communications.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor patient status.
• Maintain clean, organized treatment and exam rooms.
