Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Brighton Primary Care Clinic. The role emphasizes nursing assessment, care planning, and coordination across the care continuum, under the supervision of the Nurse Manager.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS certification, and a nursing degree (Diploma/ASN/BSN preferred with BSN within 4 years). A 5-year RN background in clinical and med-surg settings is expected.

Competenze

• Nursing degree: Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred), Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years
• 5 years RN experience with clinical/med-surge mix
• Registration and current RN licensure in MA in good standing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and patient data entry
• Strong communication with patients, families and health-care team
• Ability to manage stress and maintain patient safety and quality
