Job summary

Mass General Brigham Medical Group in Danvers, MA is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary practice as Site Medical Director. You will lead clinical operations, mentor providers, and collaborate with admin leadership to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Reporting to the Regional Medical Director, you will foster clinician wellbeing, promote teamwork, and drive system-wide quality and safety initiatives, while ensuring

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license and board certification.
• Minimum two years of clinical practice experience.
• Two+ years of progressively responsible leadership in a clinical setting or large health care organization.
• Experience in quality improvement, safety events, health equity, and patient relations preferred.
• Exemplary interpersonal communication skills required to interact with senior management and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical leader for assigned primary care practice(s).
• Promote safety and quality improvement culture and execute system and site goals.
• Lead clinician engagement, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Collaborate with practice manager on meetings, budgets, and communication.
• Mentor providers and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care delivery.
