Schedule: Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays!

Note: Must complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule. On-site presence required for monthly clinic meetings.

The Primary Care Nurse performs triage, identifies abnormal patient symptoms and lab findings, and notifies physicians or provides treatment according to established protocols. Assists with EPIC in-basket management, including messages, test results, medication refills, and inputs orders as needed to support the provider and clinical team.

LPN Qualifications:

• Diploma in Practical Nursing
• Active LPN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred

RN Qualifications:

• Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, graduation from an RN program, BSN, or 4 years of equivalent experience
• Active RN license
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
