Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers in delivering safe, timely, and patient-centered care. You will partner with patients and the clinical team to drive quality outcomes across the patient journey.

The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and an RN license in the hiring state or a compact jurisdiction, with BLS and possibly additional certifications as required.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure; must meet state board requirements.
  • BLS and potential unit-specific certifications may be required within timeframe.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable and patient-centered care under supervision of primary care team.
  • Partner with patients, providers and care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Perform duties in alignment with Mercy Service Standards and mission.

Education

Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure
