Job summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring an RN for a Primary Care Clinic in Indiana. This full-time role offers 32-40 hours per week with every-other-weekend coverage. Compensation is $58.80 per hour plus benefits.

Assignments may last six months with potential extensions or conversion to permanent employment. Responsibilities include vaccinations, vital signs, patient assessments, emergency care with on-site providers, medication reviews, and EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with outpatient/primary care experience.
• Experience in urgent care or family medicine preferred.
• Ability to work weekend coverage on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccinations, injections, and medications.
• Monitor and document vital signs accurately.
• Perform routine and complex patient assessments and document responses.
• Provide emergency care with on-site provider support.
• Review medications for interactions and contraindications.
• Conduct mental health screenings and document findings.
• Record patient histories and treatment information in the EHR.
• Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care.
• Coordinate access to health services and community resources.
• Communicate with patients, families, and care teams.
• Handle patient registration, intake, scheduling, and reminders.
• Assist with patient flow and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Chaperone during sensitive examinations, preserving privacy.
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and clinic spaces.
• Support team with additional clinical and administrative duties.
