W3Global in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to medically underserved populations in a community health setting.

You will provide evidence-based care, wellness visits, and preventive screenings; diagnose and manage conditions; collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team; and maintain accurate EHR documentation.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctoral degree from a Family Nurse Practitioner program or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active national certification as FNP-BC, FNP-C, or PA-C.
• Active NC APRN or PA license with DEA and BLS.
• Prior clinical experience in primary care; FQHC/community health setting preferred.

A community-driven healthcare organization in North Carolina is seeking a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their clinical team. This practice focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to medically underserved populations in a collaborative environment.

What You Will Do

• Deliver evidence-based primary care, wellness visits, and preventive screenings for adolescent and adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate alongside physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient referrals and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on disease self-management, nutrition, and activity while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program, or graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Certification: Active national certification as an FNP-BC, FNP-C, or PA-C.
• Licensure: Active North Carolina APRN or PA license, valid DEA registration, and current BLS certification.
• Experience: Prior clinical experience in primary care; background in an FQHC or community health setting is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base & Bonus: $180,000 - $240,000 base salary plus a sign-on bonus.
• Time Off & Schedule: Flexible scheduling, 4 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, and 3 paid CME days.
