We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a primary care team in a community-based clinic setting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment providing comprehensive care with an emphasis on preventive medicine and patient-centered outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across a diverse patient population
- Order, review, and interpret lab and diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations
- Coordinate care and refer patients to specialists as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical staff and participate in care planning
- Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives
- Rotate occasional on-call coverage as needed
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant license
- Board Certification (FNP, PNP, AGNP, or NCCPA)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Mix of scheduled visits and same-day patient care
- Supportive, team-based clinical setting
Compensation
$105,000 guaranteed base salary + uncapped productivity-based earnings (Most earning $150k+)
