Role Description

The Primary Care Provider will deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care, including routine exams, chronic disease management, preventive care, and acute care visits for an adult patient population. Daily responsibilities include taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with specialists and other healthcare team members. The role involves documenting encounters in the electronic health record, providing patient education, and participating in quality improvement and practice operations as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Seattle, WA, requiring consistent presence in the clinic and active collaboration with clinical and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear documentation, patient education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Clinical expertise in Medicine, with experience in adult primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive services.
• Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, fostering a welcoming, respectful, and responsive patient experience.
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to support staff, learners, or new team members as needed.
• Understanding of Home Care coordination, including follow-up planning, referrals, and community resource navigation.
• Licensed MD, DO, NP, or PA with valid Washington State license and DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Experience working in outpatient clinic settings; familiarity with electronic health records and evidence-based guidelines.
