Job summary

Wapa in Seattle is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its outpatient primary care team. You will manage a patient panel aged 14+ with a mix of well visits and acute care, practicing in a collaborative, low-turnover environment.

Expect about 16 patients daily and a standard 8–5, Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates should be NCCPA certified with 2+ years in outpatient primary care (or 1 year with relevant fellowship or urgent care).

Qualifications

• NCCPA certified.
• Outpatient primary care experience for at least 2 years in the past 5 years, or 1 year with fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own patient panel with a wide range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Treating patients in the office, in testing centers, and occasionally via telehealth.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other ongoing learning opportunities.
• Collaborating daily with in-office teammates through huddles and coordinated care discussions.
• Utilizing your clinical training and performing in-office procedures as appropriate.

A well-established value-based primary care clinic in Seattle (downtown), Washington, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join its team, seeing a patient panel of ages 14 and up. Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary for this role is $146,000-$155,250 annually. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate

Position Details

• Outpatient only
• Patients ages 14 and up
• Mix of well visits and acute care
• Average of 16 patients per day
• Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
