Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking Advanced Practice Providers for Pennsylvania locations within a nationwide geriatric primary care network. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with no nights or weekends; ramp to 12–16 patients daily, mostly Medicare with some Medicaid, supported by a collaborative team and EPIC EMR.

Orientation lasts 4–6 weeks; stock options, extensive PTO, and a large CME stipend accompany malpractice coverage and a 401(k) with match from day one.

Qualifications

• Board certification required for practice.
• PA license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Family NP or Adult NP training.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for geriatric patients in a team-based setting.
• Collaborate with MDs, NPs, scribes, and RNs to coordinate care.
• Contribute to value-based care models to reduce hospitalizations.

Job Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

• Patient population primarily Medicare (over age 65) but includes Medicaid; some sites have up to 25% under age 65

Team Structure

• Collaborative care team: 1 MD, APP, Scribe, MA, Shared RN/Social Work support
• Specialty support from partnership with outside telemedicine company for quick consults
• EPIC EMR with scribe support and advanced algorithm to predict patient needs

Call Schedule

Rotated amongst market, on average 1 week every 3 months. Calls are limited and 100% remote, supported by a call center for triage.
