The ideal candidate will be board-certified as an APRN or PA with an unrestricted Illinois license and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Board Certified as an APRN or PA.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; primary care/family medicine experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• NCCPA certification and DEA license preferred.
