EPIC Health System LLC seeks a Project Manager who is highly organized and relationship-driven to lead cross-functional projects onsite in Southfield, MI. The role blends project management with physician and provider relations, working with physicians, practice leaders, and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives on time and within scope.

You will coordinate teams across Operations, Clinical, IT, HR, Finance, and Marketing, manage risks, document decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management, project coordination, implementation, or related experience.
• Experience in physician relations, provider relations, healthcare business development, medical sales, or another relationship-driven role.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Southfield, Michigan on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Clinical, IT, and more.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Provide leadership visibility into project performance.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, providers, and leadership.
