Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Clinic Operations Leader to oversee clinic performance and day-to-day operations alongside the Clinic Director. You will supervise clinical staff, assist with staffing, resources, and administrative oversight for the team, and provide ongoing supervision for masters level clinicians.

You will conduct 1:1 and group consultations, review productivity and documentation, troubleshoot billing and EHR issues, and coordinate hiring and office scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or higher.
• Licensed clinician with MA issued clinical practice license (Psy.D./Ph.D. or equivalent).
• Experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong time management and deadlines orientation.
• Proficient with EHR systems and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and performance alongside the Clinic Director.
• Assist with staffing, clinical resources, and administrative oversight for the team.
• Provide weekly individual and group supervision for master's level clinicians.
• Provide 1:1 consultation with therapy staff to review productivity, caseload, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues within Valant billing and related systems.
• Support clinic staff development and administrative changes as needed.
• Coordinate with the Clinic Director on the hiring process and office schedules.
• Maintain and monitor clinic office schedules and office supply orders.
