Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree is required.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in any state is required.
• Board eligibility is required; board certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Family Practice setting within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of physician services within granted privileges.
• Examine, diagnose, treat or prescribe within scope of training and privileges.
• Order diagnostic tests and coordinate referrals with appropriate specialists.
• Direct or assist in education and training of other health care professionals.
• Provide primary care across neonatal to geriatric populations; include exams and preventive care.
• Respond to medical emergencies within the clinic and arrange emergent transfers as needed.
