Assignments to other facilities within the Orlando VA Healthcare System (OVAHCS) and travel to the site may be required to meet service needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive medical care to a panel of patients under PCMM guidelines.
  • Collaborates with a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) to deliver coordinated, accessible care.
  • Maintains timely documentation and adheres to facility policies and standards.
