Job summary

Veterans Health Administration, Department of Veterans Affairs, is seeking a Primary Care Physician for the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. The role supports outpatient care across clinic types including Women’s Health, Geriatrics, Spinal Cord Injury, and urgent care, with a focus on quality patient management. Applicants must hold an MD/DO, active U.S.

license, and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Residency training and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• MD/DO degree from a school approved by VA.
• Current full and unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
• Residency in an accredited program with board eligibility
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care in outpatient settings with panel management.
• Supervise and teach residents and students from affiliated medical schools.
• Oversee care provided by midlevel practitioners and ensure clinical oversight.
• Collaborate with specialty services and participate in special projects as needed.
• Support duties as supervising or collaborating physician for mid-levels.
