Job summary

ProHealth Physicians, part of the Optum family, seeks a Primary Care Physician to join our Marlborough, CT team. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that supports clinicians with resources to improve patient care.

As part of the Optum Care Delivery team, you will contribute to a patient-centered, team-based environment with strong teamwork, teaching, and leadership opportunities across Connecticut’s ProHealth locations.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted CT license or ability to obtain before start.
• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Active CSR and DEA or ability to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based primary care environment.
• Teach and collaborate with advanced practice clinicians and care teams.
• Educate and empower patients to take ownership of their health.
