You will help establish and grow the site, delivering high-quality, relationship-based care to adult patients in a modern, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• CT medical license or eligibility required.
• Board certification/Board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.

• Provide adult outpatient primary care in a 100% office-based setting.
