The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver evidence-based care, coordinate services, and improve patient outcomes through compassionate, high-quality medical care.

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted California Medical License.
- Active DEA registration and NPI number.
- Successfully completed an accredited residency program.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication, clinical decision-making, and patient-centered care skills.
