Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a full‑time Family Medicine Physician to join our Rochester, NH primary care practice.

You will provide comprehensive care across the lifespan in a team-based setting, with access to embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, and dedicated support staff. This role features four clinic days per week, no routine on‑call, and competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• MD or DO.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for New Hampshire medical licensure (Maine license preferred).
• Passion for collaborative, patient-centered care.

Mass General Brigham Medical Group seeks a full‑time Family Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice in Rochester, New Hampshire.

What you’ll do

• Provide full‑spectrum Family Medicine, including preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, wellness exams, and transitional care.
• Opportunity to develop a pediatric focus while caring for patients across the lifespan.
• Four clinical days per week.
• No routine provider call; after‑hours call is managed through the Mass General Brigham After Hours Call Program.

Team‑Based Care

• Work alongside an experienced physician and advanced practice provider.
• Supported by embedded Behavioral Health, Social Work, Care Management, Diabetes Education, Medication Access Coordinators, Virtual Clinical Support, and dedicated RN and MA support.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.

Compensation and Benefits
