Mass General Brigham is seeking a full‑time Family Medicine Physician to join Hilltop Family Practice in Somersworth, NH. This community‑based practice is dedicated to delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care with a strong commitment to a diverse patient population.

Job Summary

Family Practice Physician • Somersworth, NH • Full‑time • Onsite

What You’ll Do

• Provide full‑spectrum Family Medicine care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care.
• Build longitudinal relationships with a diverse patient population.
• Support patients with complex medical and social needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and medical assistants.
• Work alongside embedded support services such as behavioral health, social work, care management, and diabetes education.
• Opportunity to work in a standalone practice setting with strong clinical and administrative support.

Qualifications
