Job summary

One Medical in Austin, TX is seeking a board-certified Internal or Family Medicine physician to lead patient care across acute, chronic and preventive visits. Responsibilities include supervising NP/PA colleagues, conducting in-office and telehealth visits, and participating in weekly Clinical Rounds.

You must be enrolled in or completed an accredited residency, have 2 of the last 5 years outpatient PCP experience, and Texas license prior to start.

Qualifications

  • Completed or enrolled in an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
  • 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care.
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year.
  • Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
  • Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
