Job summary

One Medical is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics physician for a full-time role in Austin, TX. The provider will care for patients across ages in in-office and tele-health settings, participate in weekly rounds, and collaborate with both in-office and virtual teams.

The role emphasizes human-centered primary care, use of technology to deliver high-quality care, and supervising NP/PA colleagues. Texas licensure is required before start.

Qualifications

• Residency in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Board-certified or Board-eligible with plan to obtain certification within 1 year.
• Texas license obtained before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits across all ages.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, and via tele-health as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues.
