Job summary

One Medical is seeking a board-certified physician in Internal or Family Medicine for a full-time, Austin-based role at the Congress Avenue clinic. You will manage a diverse patient panel across acute and chronic visits, including tele-health, while collaborating with in-person and virtual teams.

Requirements include Texas license and residency completion or completion of an approved program, with board certification plans within a year. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Completion or current enrollment in an Internal or Family Medicine residency.
  • Two of the last five years in outpatient primary care practice.
  • Board certification status with plan to certify within 1 year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
  • Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
  • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
  • Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures as needed.
  • Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
