Job summary

Rock Entertainment Group is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver direct medical care to PACE participants within the IDT framework in Kentucky. You will supervise NPs, RNs, and Medical Assistants and collaborate with external providers.

The role requires an MD/DO with Kentucky licensure, preferred geriatrics fellowship, and at least two years of clinical experience with frail or elderly populations. Travel across the PACE service area is required.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required; valid Kentucky MD license in good standing.
• Fellowship or geriatrics training preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical experience; experience with frail/elderly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with IDT and external providers.
• Willingness to travel throughout the PACE service area.

The Primary Care Physician provides direct primary medical care to participants of the PACE Program in the context of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). This position supervises clinical medical care provided by Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Medical Assistants.

Position Qualifications:

• MD or DO required. Valid MD license in good standing to practice medicine in the State of Kentucky. Fellowship or additional training in Geriatrics preferred.
• Minimum two years clinical experience required, with experience working with frail or elderly populations strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including the IDT Team and external healthcare providers.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the PACE service area.
