Job Description:

EDUCATION:

• Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Successful completion of a medical residency program.
• Successful completion of a medical internship program.

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 8 years of recent relevant experience.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• MD-Doctor of Medicine or DO-Doctor of Osteopathy for California
• CSRC-Controlled Substance Registered Certification (DEA)
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider
• Board eligible or Board certified in area of specialty
• ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider

Pay Range is $1.00 to $500.00 / hour

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
