Job summary

Dr. Phillips Medical Wellness Center, part of Privia Health, seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver patient-centered care in Casselberry, FL. The role covers comprehensive primary care including women's health and preventive medicine to support long-term health goals.

You will join a supportive team with Medical Assistants, AI scribe tools, and a dedicated triage staff, while maintaining a 36-hour patient-facing week plus administrative time.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with specialty training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Licensed in Florida or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality traditional primary care services, including Women's Health.
• Manage routine medical care and HRT with Testosterone; training or interest in Obesity Medicine is a strong plus.
• Maintain a full-time schedule of a 36-hour patient-facing work week with 1 hour of dedicated administrative time per day.
• Work closely with robust clinical support, including hands-on 1:1 Medical Assistants, AI scribe technology, and a dedicated triage team for administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine medical care and specialized services including Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) with Testosterone; training or interest in Obesity Medicine is a strong plus.
• Maintain a full-time schedule of a 36-hour patient-facing work week with 1 hour of dedicated administrative time per day.
• Work closely with robust clinical support, including hands-on 1:1 Medical Assistants, AI scribe technology, and a dedicated triage team for administrative tasks.
